The lobby was inviting and the staff was very friendly. There were parts of the wallpaper under the sink in the bathroom that were starting to peel but that was of no concern to us.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and it didn't smell of any musty or dirty odors. The property is dated and could use some upgrades. With that being said, the hotel was in a great location as it sat about 5 blocks from the heart of Time Square and the same from the park.

Once we booked we saw more and more current reviews about the run down condition of the hotel and it made us a little nervous. We selected the hotel based on price and its proximity to Time Square and Central Park. We booked this hotel for a father/daughter trip to see a broadway show and take in some of the sites of the city. Rooms could use some updating but ours served its purpose.Ī/C did not work well if at all but it was cool out so it didn't matter.
